Santa Elena - Gran Sabana - El Pauji - Santa Elena
The jeep tour to La Gran Sabana and El Pauji is one of the most requested tours by the visitors in their trip to Venezuela. It is an exciting expedition where we will drive from Santa Elena ,at the frontier with Brazil , crossing the Massive Guyanese, . We will do an interesting tour of more than 500 Kms. (round trip) and we will have the opportunity of admiring the beauty and fascinating natural landscapes of La Gran Sabana. We will walk, and travel with our Jeeps the fascinating "lost world" of the Gran Sabana. We will see very impressive waterfalls, and grandiose Tepuys, (mountainous flat formations that abruptly rise from the plains that abound in this geological area, the most ancient of the planet). We will visit mining camps in El Pauji where we will observe the process of gold washing. Then we will approach the indigenous populations in the cities of Iboribó, San Francisco de Yuruani and others.
